Restock day: best selection
If you are looking for something specific or you resell what you find, go on restock day. Everything is new to the bins and nothing has been picked over, but you pay the week's top price and deal with the biggest crowd.
The middle days: the balance
The second and third days after restock usually give you most of the good stuff at a much lower price. Many regular shoppers say the second day is the sweet spot.
The last day: lowest price
The day before restock is the cheapest, often $1 or $2 an item, sometimes less. The bins are picked over, but the price makes it worth a look for household basics, toys and craft supplies.

Every bin store sets its own restock day and price ladder, and they change. Look up your store on Restock Days for the checked schedule, and follow the store's Facebook page for same-week changes like holiday hours or a skipped restock.
